Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Financial Analyst to serve as a key partner to the executive leadership team. This role is ideal for a finance professional who combines strong technical expertise with business acumen and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Key Responsibilities

Executive Financial Partnership

  • Act as a trusted financial advisor to the CEO by delivering high-impact analysis, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.

  • Translate financial data into executive-ready insights that drive performance, scalability, and sustainable growth.

  • Develop financial models to support investment decisions, operational initiatives, and long-term planning.

Strategic Analysis & Business Intelligence

  • Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities through advanced financial and operational analysis.

  • Research market dynamics, competitor positioning, and industry benchmarks to strengthen strategic direction.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business health and guide leadership decisions.

Syndication Leadership

  • Oversee syndication processes, ensuring seamless coordination between lenders, investors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Manage the preparation of documentation, payment processing, and distribution with precision and timeliness.

  • Safeguard compliance with syndication agreements and applicable regulatory standards.

Commission Oversight

  • Administer commission structures with accuracy and transparency.

  • Ensure timely calculations and disbursements while continuously improving process efficiency and controls.

Financial Accounting & Reporting Excellence

  • Lead Financial Accounting and Reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and adherence to best practices.

  • Prepare executive-level financial reports, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate performance, forecasts, and strategic implications.

  • Strengthen reporting frameworks to enhance visibility and support data-driven leadership.

Operational Efficiency & Systems

  • Utilize advanced Excel capabilities to build dynamic financial models and automate reporting workflows.

  • Leverage QuickBooks expertise to maintain reliable financial data and support the full cycle of accounting.

  • Perform thorough bank reconciliations and implement controls that promote quality and financial accuracy.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to optimize financial processes and elevate reporting standards.





Requirements

  • Required Skills & Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

    • Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or financial management.

    • Demonstrated expertise in the full cycle of accounting, including reconciliations, reporting, and close processes.

    • Strong foundation in Financial Accounting and Reporting within a growth-oriented organization.

    • QuickBooks Certification or advanced working knowledge required.

    • Proven commitment to quality, accuracy, and strong internal controls.

    • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and engage executive stakeholders.

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, PivotTables, and financial modeling.

    • High level of analytical rigor with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic insights.

    • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities independently.
