Job Description:

  • Provide financial support for the Company’s G&A expenses, including the planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics of all G&A spend while engaging with the financial components of strategic planning for the IT department and the broader TTX organization.
  • Primary responsibility over management and administration of TTX’s Oracle Project Financial Management module and collaboration with executive management to determine IT capital needs, perform financial oversight of all internal IT capital projects, and ensure proper financial and accounting controls as well as adherence to TTX company policies.
  • Support the G&A Manager in preparing the Four-Year Plan and quarterly Board Forecasts, including cross-functional coordination with all departments, and providing thorough analysis of cost drivers and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with the Controller’s department during the monthly, quarterly, and annual ERP close processes, assist with monthly PFM close activities, review G&A expenses to ensure accurate accounting and submit entries as needed, perform timely variance analysis reporting, and other ad hoc analysis 
  • Support the Oracle Projects process ensuring consistent financial reporting and validate the accuracy of the calculated financial benefits to ensure the funds approval results in a positive investment for the company
  • Collaborate with departmental leadership across the organization to make informed business decisions, evaluate budgets, and drive targeted business improvement, with particular emphasis towards supporting IT leadership with financial insight

Qualifications:

  • One to three years of related work experience as well as a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a similar field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience working in Oracle ERP, EPM, SCM, and/or PPM/PFM a plus. Experience working in or familiarity with Data Science, Data Analytics, or Power Bi preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills as well as superior analytical aptitude and organizational skills
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, quantitative acumen, mindset for continuous improvement
  • Internal client service approach and project management skills, including the confidence to escalate issues in a timely fashion
