About Trivium Group

Join our award-winning team 🎉
Ranked #170 on the Inc. 5000 and recognized as a Clutch Award–winning agency, Trivium Group is a full-service Amazon growth agency helping brands scale profitably on the world’s largest marketplace.

We operate as an extension of our clients’ teams—combining deep marketplace expertise with strong financial discipline, scalable systems, and sharp people to deliver sustainable, data-driven results. Our culture is built on ownership, accountability, and high standards, and we believe finance is a strategic lever—not just a back-office function.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Finance Manager / Financial Analyst to join our team and help bring clarity, insight, and financial rigor to a fast-scaling, service-based business.

Role Overview

We are hiring a high-level finance professional with strong analytical capabilities, commercial acumen, and a leadership mindset.

This role is designed for someone who can operate beyond bookkeeping—owning financial analysis, reporting, controls, and high-level oversight, while partnering closely with leadership to support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate is technically strong, confident, and able to operate independently, with the potential to grow into a more senior finance leadership role over time.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Prepare and present financial reports to leadership and stakeholders
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Build financial models to support planning, pricing, and growth decisions
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
Financial Oversight & Controls
  • Maintain high-level oversight of financial operations and internal controls
  • Partner with leadership to ensure financial discipline and visibility
  • Review financial data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
  • Support improvements to financial processes, reporting structures, and controls
Business Partnership
  • Act as a strategic finance partner to leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Support profitability analysis, cost management, and efficiency initiatives
  • Provide financial perspective on operational and strategic decisions
  • Demonstrate strong ownership over outcomes, not just analysis
Systems & Tools
  • Work with existing financial systems and tools (QuickBooks experience is a plus, not a requirement)
  • Help refine, document, and scale finance processes as the business grows
  • Quickly learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and workflows

RequirementsIdeal Candidate ProfileRequired
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, financial analysis, or financial management
  • Experience in a B2B agency, professional services, or service-based business strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and pattern recognition
  • Comfort with financial reporting, controls, and high-level financial oversight
  • Ability to operate independently and take full ownership of workstreams
  • Confident communicator who can explain financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
  • Leadership mindset with the ambition to grow into increased responsibility
Preferred (Not Required)
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting platforms
  • Advanced Excel / financial modeling skills
  • Exposure to scaling businesses or high-growth environments
  • Experience partnering directly with founders or senior leadership
What This Role Is — and Is Not

This role is not a traditional accounting or bookkeeping position.
We are intentionally prioritizing:

  • Intelligence and analytical strength
  • Ownership and accountability
  • Strategic and commercial thinking
  • Leadership potential

over:

  • Tool-specific expertise
  • Transactional accounting focus
  • Narrow, task-based responsibilities

The right candidate is someone who wants to own financial insight, influence decisions, and grow with the business—not just maintain the books.
