The Financial Analyst will manage financial operations, prepare reports, ensure compliance, coordinate audits, and maintain financial records.
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional with at least 7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles within startups or tech environments. You will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting internal and external reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate and support financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping.
- Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and assist in financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, accountants, auditors, and company leadership.
- Maintain and handle confidential financial information with discretion.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in startups or tech companies.
- Experience working with or managing an audit team (preferred).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, G Suite, and Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with financial audits, budget tracking, and bank reconciliations.
- Experience with Start-Ups is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
