The Opportunity

As a Financial Analyst on our FP&A team, you’ll play a key role in driving financial clarity and strategic insight across the business. You’ll collaborate closely with G&A leaders to manage operating expenses, forecast budgets, and deliver actionable insights that guide high-impact decisions.

This is a highly collaborative role with opportunities to work cross-functionally with partners in Accounting, Talent Acquisition, and Corporate FP&A. From supporting monthly closes to building forecasts and refining board and executive reporting, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to deepen your financial expertise and help scale a high-growth finance organization. This role is remote within the US.

The Team

You’ll join a collaborative and distributed FP&A team within our Finance organization. We work across the business to deliver trusted insights and proactive guidance. We value curiosity, precision, and partnership—and we’re energized by helping our colleagues make confident, data-driven decisions.

What We’re Looking For

We’re excited to meet candidates who bring financial rigor and a collaborative spirit. Key skills and experience include:

  • Experience managing budgeting and forecasting for G&A teams

  • Strong grasp of expense management, including variance analysis and reporting

  • Familiarity with headcount forecasting and reconciliation (Workday + Adaptive Planning a plus)

  • Ability to partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning

  • Confidence in reviewing open POs and accruals with business partners

  • Experience using financial planning tools, especially Adaptive Planning

  • Comfort managing actuals integrations and structural planning elements

  • Meticulous attention to data accuracy and system reconciliation

  • Skilled in preparing reports for board and executive audiences

  • Clear communicator with a collaborative, stakeholder-first mindset
