This role carries P&L responsibility for a $300M business, including revenue, cost of revenue, headcount, and operating expenses. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, deliver insightful financial analysis, and provide clear recommendations that influence executive decision-making.

Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $90,100.00 - $150,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the P&L for VIN Solutions, ensuring accuracy across revenue, costs, headcount, and expenses.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes; consolidate inputs and prepare executive-level reports.
- Analyze financial trends, risks, and opportunities, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
- Perform ad hoc financial and operational analyses to evaluate business performance.
- Develop and present compelling financial presentations for senior leadership.
- Enhance processes through automation and create new reporting and analytical capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and GAAP standards.
- May lead and develop a team of direct reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field and 6 years' experience in financial planning, analysis, or related functions. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field.
- Proven ability to influence strategic decisions and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and reporting systems.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of GAAP principles and corporate financial processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- Certified public account (CPA).
- Proficiency with OneStream; familiarity with RMB or SFX modules is a plus.
