Job Description
Business Banking (BB) is a part of Banking and Wealth Management (BWM) and is one of the industry leading providers of Deposit, Cash Management and Lending products and services to the small business segment. The Finance team reports into the Business Banking CFO.
As a Vice President in Financial Analysis on the Lending Finance & Pricing Team, you will be responsible for the execution of pricing strategies, ownership of pricing assumptions, monitoring of financial results, and support of pricing strategy. Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and own the implementation of various assumptions for pricing, including expenses, capital, and credit losses.
  • Lead the pricing forum to gather input from key stakeholders such as field, legal, risk, compliance, and fair lending, and document and track decisions.
  • Manage a team responsible for day-to-day pricing execution activities.
  • Develop new reporting on profitability and other key pricing metrics to support strategic pricing decisions.
  • Oversee the approach to pricing execution, determining which processes are automated versus manual, and ensure all necessary controls are in place and properly executed.
  • Define and oversee the execution of pricing tests to determine optimal tradeoffs between rate and volume, in collaboration with finance and analytic teams.
  • Prepare and present analysis for key stakeholders, including Product, Risk, and Sales teams.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests related to the financial impacts of new strategies, and updates to pricing or assumptions.


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance-related or quantitative field
  • 7+ years of experience in consumer lending, treasury, finance, or P&A at a financial services firm
  • Strong aptitude in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to create financial models, reporting, and repeatable processes


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Basic understanding of a lending P&L is a plus
  • Basic experience using SAS/SQL is a plus
