 Position Overview:
Voya is seeking a strategic and experienced Financial Analysis Director to lead expense planning, forecasting, and analysis for the Workplace Solutions business. This role requires a strategic finance leader who will be responsible for ensuring financial discipline, transparency, and alignment with Voya’s objectives, while driving cost optimization and operational efficiency across business units.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead the development and execution of expense management strategies, including annual planning, monthly forecasting, and variance analysis across departments 
•    Deliver timely and accurate management reporting packages, including dashboards and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership. Leverage driver-based planning and scenario modeling to inform decision-making 
•    Oversee IT and Shared Services allocations to business segments. Implement and monitor waterfall allocation methodologies and variance reporting  
•    Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals. Foster cross-functional collaboration with business leaders and finance to support strategic initiatives 
•    Identify and implement cost and process improvement opportunities. 
•    Implement AI-driven analytics to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency, allowing for timely decision-making across the organization and champion automation and technology adoption to enhance efficiency 

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
•    10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and expense management
•    Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex financial processes
•    Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and reporting tools (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle, Excel)
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•    Experience in financial services preferred 
•    Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

$139,110 - $173,890 USD
