This Manager will support Marketing by applying creative analytical problem solving skills to transform financial data into thoughtful recommendations that drive our company strategy. The candidate will have the opportunity to make significant impact through ownership of large scale data, tracking critical metrics, building scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards, ad hoc performance analysis, and packaging findings into leadership level insights and story points. The role requires interaction and partnership with various areas of the organization. The successful candidate will be confident working in a dynamic, data-driven environment and demonstrate a natural curiosity when “digging” into the numbers.

  • Design, build and maintain datasets using SQL and dashboards in Tableau to automate reporting, track critical metrics, and monitor business performance
  • Translate complex data analyses into compelling narratives and executive-level presentations that clearly communicate key insights and drive strategic decision-making
  • Become an expert on the underlying data architecture supporting Marketing and use it to report on business performance
  • Continuously improve the quality and accessibility of our data

Required Skills / Experience

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 5+ years proven related experience in Analytics, Finance, Business Operation or Management Consulting
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with SQL scripting and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) to turn data into insights
  • Ability to independently synthesize sophisticated data into simple consumable deliverables with clear takeaways
  • Core foundational FP&A experience: accounting, planning, forecasting, variance analysis
  • Strong teamwork, collaboration, communication, reporting, and presentations skills.
  • Knowledge or background with CRM or SaaS business model preferred

This role is hybrid and goes into the office 3 days per week in Indianapolis, IN or Atlanta, GA.
