Senior Finance Manager – Expense Management & Forecasting (Individual Contributor)

In the role of the Finance Senior Manager, you will play a critical role as an individual contributor in ensuring the financial integrity of the business through sound fundamental practices. You will be responsible for owning expense planning, forecasting, and operational financial insights across the Private Bank. In this role, you’ll experience new things, create new opportunities, think beyond your role and make an impact. To support your team, you will develop talent, drive strategic business initiatives, and review financial forecasts, variance reports, and industry drivers as part of the planning process. You will serve as a strategic business partner for leaders, leading strategic initiatives and supporting cross functional teams with high visibility and impact. This position partners closely with Private Bank leadership, regional teams, and field offices to ensure financial transparency, accountability, and informed decision‑making. Ideally, you are fully knowledgeable on the day to day activities of a product or process and can provide assistance on complex business issues. What You’ll Do

  • Lead expense planning across compensation and non‑compensation, including multi‑year forecasts and long‑range planning
  • Support capital planning, build initiatives, technology investments, and cost allocation methodologies
  • Own and maintain organizational and financial structures, including hierarchy alignment, headcount mapping, AFS mapping, relationship grouping, and profitability attribution
  • Support regional performance analysis, management reporting, and specialized operational insights
  • Partner with Private Bank leaders to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights in a high‑growth environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or Science/Engineering/Math with relevant experience in a Finance organization
  • Strong experience in expense management, forecasting, or corporate finance
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical, organizational, and time‑management skills
  • Ability to think strategically while working through detailed analysis to drive accountability
  • Strong communication and partnership skills with comfort engaging senior and field leaders
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with SQL or PowerQuery a plus
  • Comfortable operating independently in an individual contributor role

Pay Transparency 
The salary range for this position is $128,000 - $160,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
