  • Monitor bank and exchange partners for daily operations: wire verifications, track FX conversions, and manage on and off-chain liquidity movements

  • Create customer-facing reporting (i.e. daily transaction status, balances, confirmations) and internal dashboards (i.e. reconciliations KPIs, settlement SLAs, volume metrics)

  • Serve as the point of contact for exception management across failed/ stuck payments, invalid memos or delayed settlements.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to integrate financial operation requirements into systems builds and user flows.

  • Proven ability to design from first principles and scale systems with minimal existing infrastructure

  • Experience with Banking and Exchange APIs, reconciliation tooling, and TMS, ERP or Ledger Systems

  • Demonstrated ownership of SOC1 controls, internal audit readiness or other financial compliance frameworks.

  • Highly detail-oriented operationally rigorous and able to work independently in a lean environment.

  • Self-starter with strong communication skills with a bias for execution.
