🔍 Why we’re looking for you
We're hiring a Finance Operations Analyst to own and improve the day-to-day financial infrastructure that keeps our business running smoothly. This person will oversee how money flows through the company — from billing and collections to vendor payments, budget tracking, and compliance, ensuring operational rigor as we scale.
This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada. For San Francisco-based candidates: we have a new HQ in the Presidio for optional in-person collaboration opportunities!
💥 The impact you will have
- Maintain and optimize financial systems to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Partner with other finance team members to streamline month-end and close processes
- Support audit readiness, internal policy compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Increase automation and reduce manual workflows
- Improve cash flow visibility and forecasting inputs
- Strengthen spend controls and approval rigor
- Drive vendor onboarding and payment accuracy
- Resolve day-to-day finance issues for cross-functional teams
✅ What we’re looking for
- 2–4 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or similar roles; experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to independently drive operational improvements
- Experience with tools like NetSuite, QuickBooks, Stripe, Salesforce, Ramp, Bill.com, with the ability to quickly learn new systems; proficiency with SQL or Sigma is a plus
- Curiosity and excitement about leveraging AI tools to scale operations, eliminate repetitive work, and level up the impact of the finance team
- Fast learner, responsive, and proactive communicator who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
🏆 Pay and benefits
- The estimated base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000, plus a generous pre-IPO equity package. Other benefits include comprehensive health coverage, work from anywhere (remote-first workplace), unlimited PTO - plus extra fun perks!
