Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a full-service social media agency that specializes in 360 campaigns for the entertainment, games, and consumer brands industries. DMM creates groundbreaking social-first marketing campaigns rooted in innovative strategy, and provides clients with community management, creative, video production, influencer, talent, and performance marketing capabilities.
We are currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the studios financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, financial model creation and management. They will play a critical role in strategic financial planning to support business growth.
Your Impact
- Conceptualizing, building, updating and managing financial models to support strategic decision-making; Analyzing financial data, monitoring performance, identifying trends and variances
- Owning budgets, monthly re-forecasts, regular financial review and reporting for all studios
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial records
- Providing insight on variances to budget and forecast with suggestions on corrective action
- Owning intercompany recharge processes to ensure financials accurately represent each studios results
- Working with leaders across studios to ensure that financial projects and ad hoc modeling are completed in a timely manner
- Coordinating with studio finance and accounting teams to ensure each studio financials accurately represent their monthly operations
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and suggesting strategies to improve financial performance across studios
- Continuously look to streamline and automate routine financial operations in an effort to spend as much time on value-add activity and thought leadership
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FP&A, FMVA) preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling on Google Sheets and integration with ERP and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
