  • Support annual budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, and financial-planning processes.

  • Coordinate tax filings, audits, and related requests with external CPA and compliance partners.

  • Maintain financial controls, procedures, and supporting documentation to ensure accurate and audit-ready records.

  • Monitor accounts-receivable aging and assist with partner billing and payout reconciliations.

  • Perform other related duties as organizational needs evolve.

Required Qualifications

  • At least five years of progressive accounting or finance experience.

  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close procedures.

  • Experience analyzing profitability, margins, expenses, and other business-performance drivers.

  • Experience managing cash flow, treasury activities, and short- and long-term liquidity needs.

  • Proficiency with accounting or ERP systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or comparable platforms.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel or spreadsheet skills, including experience working with large data sets.

  • Experience securing or managing business financing, including lines of credit or commercial loans.

  • Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with banks, lenders, and other financial institutions.

  • Experience coordinating financial audits, tax filings, or regulatory requests with external professionals.

Remote Work Requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a 100% remote environment.

  • Availability to work during Eastern Time business hours.

  • Secure and professional home-office workspace.

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
