This position emphasizes partnering with business owners, building their financial acumen, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

You will work closely with the Enterprise BI team to co-create datasets and dashboards, ensuring leaders have timely, actionable intelligence. • Monitor price realization and discounting trends across SKUs; implement guardrails to protect margin integrity
  • Lead packaging optimization initiatives to align offerings with customer segments, improve attach rates, and drive upsell/cross-sell
  • Build scenario models for strategic decisions (e.g., product investments, partnerships, portfolio changes)
  • Data & BI Collaboration
  • Co-create datasets and dashboards with Enterprise BI; refine metric definitions and governance for ARR, churn, cohort KPIs, services utilization/margins, pipeline conversion, and customer health
