We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Intern to join our team full-time now through the end of 2025. This internship offers hands-on experience working across core finance and accounts receivable operations. You’ll gain exposure to our ERP systems, help build customer-facing documents, and support critical payment processes that drive our business forward. There's also potential to extend or convert to a full-time position beyond the internship for the right candidate.
What You'll Do...
- Assist in building and maintaining customer statements of accounts using data from multiple ERP systems
- Research payment-related inquiries by collaborating with internal teams and customers
- Support the application of incoming payments to the correct accounts and invoices
- Analyze transaction histories and assist in resolving discrepancies
- Help streamline reporting processes and improve visibility into customer payment activity
- Participate in cross-functional projects that support Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Support teams
What You Bring...
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort navigating data-heavy tools
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
It's a bonus if you have...
- Experience with Salesforce
- Exposure to SaaS or startup environments
- Familiarity with Sage or other ERP systems
- Experience or coursework related to payments or cash application

We are targeting an hourly rate of $18-$25 per hour.
