Join a group that has a critical and influential role in shaping, defining, and executing the strategic vision and roadmap for our Business Intelligence group.
As an Area Product Director, within the Finance Data & Insights team, you will play a pivotal and impactful role in crafting, articulating, and implementing the strategic vision and roadmap for our Business Intelligence and financial performance initiatives. You will also collaborate seamlessly with a diverse range of cross-functional teams to drive success.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with CFO's, Planning and Analysis, Controllers, Business Units, Technology, Design, and Data and Analytics teams to support Credit Card and Auto account-level financial performance processes and a key leader at the table of multiple CFO teams.
  • Support Marketing in the development of new applications aimed at modernizing marketing efforts and develop and maintain BI solutions using Thoughtspot and Tableau to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Utilize AWS, Databricks and Snowflake for data processing and analysis to enhance BI capabilities.
  • Design and develop dashboards for reporting and performance tracking across various business units and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in financial performance and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analysis activities and provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on BI tools and processes.
  • Manage and track project progress using Jira, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery using Jira and practicing scrum processes, including backlog grooming, sprint and quarterly planning, and retrospectives, to optimize team performance and productivity.
  • Manage and develop a global team of around 40 employees.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Minimum of 10 years experience with Financial Services and/or Data Analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding in BI tools such as Alteryx, ThoughtSpot and Tableau.
  • Experience with Python and SQL.
  • Experience working with different partners to define strategic roadmaps addressing evolving business needs and technology modernization.
  • Understanding of Jira processes and experience in managing projects using Jira.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Familiarity with Credit Card and Auto finance industries is a plus.
  • Experience with Hyperion Essbase is preferred.
  • Experience with Databricks or similar data processing platforms preferred
