The Finance Business Operations Billing Specialist is responsible for the distribution and delivery of our organizations' invoicing by a specified deadline. This position will be fast paced and require a strong attention to detail and adherence to our company and departmental guidelines.

The Finance Business Operations Billing Specialist is responsible for the distribution and delivery of our organizations' invoicing by a specified deadline. This position will be fast paced and require a strong attention to detail and adherence to our company and departmental guidelines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION
- Prepare orders for invoicing by working with other cross-functional departments
- Prepare and process reports to clear discrepancies daily, weekly, and monthly
- Finalize monthly orders and transfer information into the Billing system
- Generate large volume of monthly invoices from Billing system and work with vendors to deliver via various methods within a tight turnaround time
- Process client specific special invoice requirements
- Manage reporting for co-op clients to assist sales team in ensuring all documents are included with invoicing
- Monthly reconciliation of invoices delivered based on vendor reporting
- Prepare and distribute monthly electronic transfer billing
- Use Excel to compare data from multiple sources and ensure accurate billing preferences
- Notary + e-Notary will be needed upon hiring
- Work queue of internal and external requests by priority
- Create weekly Billing Summaries to be distributed to Sales
- Execute order corrections weekly and prior to invoicing
- Ability to work with external partners as needed for invoice delivery and reconciliation
- All other duties as assigned
