Location: Houston, TX with selective hybrid in-office and/or remote work based on project needs

Compensation:  $25/hr.

Interns work across multiple Finance functions, gaining exposure to diverse Finance and Accounting career paths while contributing to real business initiatives alongside teams in Corporate Accounting, Financial Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Internal Audit.

The Experience We Will Offer You:

  • Exposure to external reporting processes, including SEC filings and investor considerations

  • Participation in the corporate financial planning and reporting cycle (budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis)

  • Involvement in the annual 5-year strategic planning process

  • Attendance at key operating and business review meetings

  • Cross-functional engagement with fellow interns across the organization

  • Direct exposure to senior leaders within Finance and the broader business

  • Insight into LivaNova’s organization, operating model, and the medical device industry

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, preferably with an expected graduation date of Fall 2026 or May/June 2027

  • Proven self-starter with the ability to deliver results after initial guidance

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Prior project-based experience (internships, research, academic projects, or team-based work)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Minimum GPA of 3.25
