Responsibilities:Support internal control assessments, audit activities, and process documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Analyze and test existing control processes and procedures, updating documentation as needed to improve effectiveness.
Assist with audits of control effectiveness and evaluate progress made to address identified control deficiencies and risks.
Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting team on process improvement initiatives, project support, and documentation efforts.
Identify and support automation opportunities while providing input for future internal control assessments and risk mitigation strategies.
Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Preferred candidate is a rising junior or senior who has completed core coursework in their major.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
Experience with Power BI preferred.
Exposure to process automation, data analytics, or other business intelligence and automation tools is a plus.
