Job Summary & Responsibilities
The File Operations Specialist will report to the File Operations Manager in the H&B Operations Department. This role is responsible for inbound and outbound file implementations, SFTP setups and questions, issue resolution, and daily file tracking and maintenance projects. The incumbent will collaborate with client file teams, vendors and the Client Services team for new file implementations and existing file issue resolution.

Job Summary & Responsibilities
The File Operations Specialist will report to the File Operations Manager in the H&B Operations Department. This role is responsible for inbound and outbound file implementations, SFTP setups and questions, issue resolution, and daily file tracking and maintenance projects. The incumbent will collaborate with client file teams, vendors and the Client Services team for new file implementations and existing file issue resolution.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Setup SFTP site for file delivery
- Troubleshoot SFTP site issues
- Inbound and outbound file implementations including meetings with clients/vendors as needed, setting up new files in Inspira systems and file testing
- Perform daily file tracking, error resolution and other routine file processes
- Process nonstandard files upon request
- Collaborate with clients, account and/or implementation managers regarding existing or new processes
- Provide file issue research and issue resolution
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in business preferred
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive nature
- Strong organization skills with a drive to meet deadlines
- An affinity for accuracy and efficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An aptitude for prioritization and multi-tasking
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to coordinate others for small and/or daily projects.
- A drive to learn and apply new concepts quickly
- Prior file processing experience required.
- Experience with Inspira systems preferred
Other Requirements:
- Infrequent travel (0-5%)
- Ability to work overtime
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
