The Role
The BeyondTrust Field & Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for building, owning, executing, and communicating the field & partner marketing plan for their respective region(s). They will also have the opportunity to support America's events (virtual & physical) and major US trade shows. The Field & Partner Marketer will work with cross-functional stakeholders and regional business owners to build and accelerate pipeline through targeted, integrated campaign motions, inclusive of bespoke webinars, third party sponsorships, executive roundtables, trade shows, regional events, ABM programs, customer-focused events and strategic SDR campaigns, and in concert with priority corporate digital & demand campaigns.
Reporting to the VP of US Field & Partner Marketing, the ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end event management and execution, ABM strategy, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining timely communications and feedback loops, and be able to navigate both strategic ownership and tactical responsibility.
What You’ll Do
- Build the marketing plan for the region, integrating field events, ABM programs, and partner marketing activities to drive New Logo acquisition and New Product adoption across BeyondTrust’s existing customer base
- Identify opportunities to drive various hosted event formats such as: CxO events, customer-led panels, fireside chats, roundtables, webinars, Executive Briefings, and other bespoke experiences.
- Be a trusted partner to the regional sales & partner leadership team by understanding and supporting the needs of each territory through careful planning of marketing strategies and programs that both create new and accelerate existing deal velocity across sub-regions, verticals, personas, and customer types
- Work with cross-functional team members (Sales, Partner Ecosystems, SDRs, MOPS, Digital & Demand Gen Marketing, ABM Marketing, Product Marketing, Global Partner Marketing, etc.) to support the orchestration of high-impact marketing campaigns and programs.
- Be responsible for communicating results, issue management, and feedback loops to regional stakeholders.
- Help evaluate and manage external vendors and third-party event sponsorship opportunities based on market reach and relevance to the target audience.
- Manage and diligently maintain spend within the allocated budget, and leverage effective reports to determine performance and ROI (efficiency) of marketing initiatives.
- Lead campaign reporting and post-mortems, ensuring all projects have clearly defined success metrics that are tracked, analyzed, and communicated to key stakeholders.
- Own the lead lifecycle and constantly drive to accelerate funnel velocity to maximize conversions and help drive the revenue goal in your region.
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing (enterprise software, SaaS, Security, Identity, etc.).
- Must be comfortable with reporting and communicating marketing impact across the organization.
- Analytically inclined, with exceptional organizational skills, and with rigorous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with tight deadlines.
- Experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional field marketing initiatives executed under an integrated ABM strategy
- Understanding of the customer journey and the best marketing approaches by stage
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Eloqua, Craft, Tableau (or other marketing automation and analytics tools).
- Analytically inclined and metrics-driven with rigorous attention to detail; great at solving complex problems with a curious and creative mindset
- Team player with exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work strategically and tactically to execute multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and changing environment with tight deadlines
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Ability to travel when needed (~20%)
Nice To Have
- Prior marketing experience in a high-growth company in the SaaS, security, or Identity space is a plus.
