We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Revenue Strategy and Planning to be a key contributor to the next phase of Cribl’s growth. Acting as a strategic partner to leaders across Cribl, you will be responsible for driving analysis, developing strategies and executing on programs to improve revenue productivity, increase business predictability, and strengthen cross-functional alignment This is a unique opportunity to operate as a force multiplier at a high-growth company, where your responsibilities will increase exponentially with your ability.
As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will...
- Optimize performance of the GTM engine - define KPIs, measure performance, analyze data to identify trends, gaps and root causes, and develop action plans to solve.
- Strategic planning - collaborate with GTM leaders and cross-functional partners on annual and long-range planning processes.
- Lead executive operational cadences - lead executive-facing operational processes, including monthly / quarterly business reviews, company and departmental All Hands, leadership/staff meetings and other executive initiatives.
- Execute cross-functional strategic initiatives from start-to-finish - drive consensus across the business on solutions and measure impact.
- Design and implement scalable operational frameworks, automation opportunities, knowledge management initiatives and champion change management best practices to drive adoption, engagement that enables sustainable growth across the Field Sales organization
- We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours
If You’ve Got It - We Want It
- 10+ years of experience in GTM Strategy and planning, revenue operations or management consulting - ideally with exposure to fast-paced and high-growth SaaS or enterprise B2B environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to draw meaningful insights from data and tell compelling stories.
- Exceptional spreadsheet skills - you are skilled in working with large datasets and can build dynamic models that scale with the business.
- Strong grasp of SaaS unit economics and how to scale efficiently
- Demonstrated ability of driving consensus to meet deadlines.
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation, comfort with operating in an unstructured and rapidly evolving environment. Has a bias for action, and a builder/entrepreneur mindset to create clarity where none exists
- Experience with Salesforce and BI tools
Salary Range ($124,500-$175,000)
The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), and equity. The total compensation offered for this position will include a commission/incentive plan.
