The Field Marketing Specialist will execute global in-person events, manage logistics, coordinate with teams, and analyze event performance to enhance brand presence and demand generation.
Superside is hiring a Field Marketing Specialist to help execute our global in-person event strategy. You’ll support everything from VIP dinners to industry conferences, ensuring every experience elevates the brand, generates demand, and strengthens our community.This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You’ll work closely with our Head of Field Marketing and ABM team, partnering with content, creative, and sales to plan and run events that operate smoothly, captivate audiences, and drive measurable business impact.
What You'll Do
- Support planning and execution of Superside’s annual in-person events program, including VIP dinners, conferences, and tradeshows.
- Manage promotional and registration campaigns across email, social, and sales channels in partnership with ABM, creative, and demand generation teams.
- Own event logistics and documentation: event folders, briefs, run-of-show, kickoff meetings, recurring syncs, and on-site support.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce pre- and post-event assets such as landing pages, highlight videos, social clips, and booth materials.
- Track event performance, analyze results, and deliver insights that improve future programs.
- Own post-event reporting and coordinate timely follow-ups with stakeholders and attendees.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 2–4 years in marketing execution with a focus on in-person event management, ideally in B2B SaaS or creative services.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple timelines and competing priorities.
- Experience partnering with sales teams to align event strategy with pipeline goals and follow-up processes.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with content, creative, and demand generation teams.
- Ability to travel for VIP engagements, conferences, and other key events.
- Experience delivering high-end, detail-driven in-person experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an interest in crafting memorable audience moments.
- Comfort operating in a remote-first, fast-moving environment.
- Curiosity, creativity, and adaptability, with a strong interest in marketing innovation, design, and AI-driven workflows.
