Job Description

The Marketing discipline promotes our company brand, services, and capabilities to achieve business growth and competitive advantage. These strategic support teams focus on several areas of marketing including brand content, social media, PR, client and industry research, partners and alliances, demand generation, events, and operations.  

As a Field Marketing Specialist at Endava, you will in charge of:

Event Planning:

  • Organizing and managing local/regional events, such as trade shows, conferences, customer events, roundtables, webinars, etc. – both physical and digital, in alignment with demand generation and regional campaigns and teams.

Event Management:

  • Define the event's objectives, goals, and target audience.
  • Create a detailed event plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Select event venues, and vendors and negotiate contracts.
  • Develop event themes, concepts, and designs

360 Campaign Management:

  • In charge of planning, executing, managing, and reporting on regional campaigns, aiming at boosting brand visibility across a defined region, and driving impressions, traffic, and leads.

Lead Generation:

  • Capture marketing leads and prospect information at events through in-person interactions or via digital channels, to support sales and marketing efforts.

Localization:

  • Adapting marketing content and messaging to resonate with the local culture, language, and preferences of the target audience.

Social media and Online Engagement:

  • Using social media and online platforms to promote local events, campaigns, and content, engage with local communities, and drive online conversations.
  • Ensure live coverage of events on social media with regular posts.
  • Generated social, written, and audio-visual content either alone or with the wider team

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring all expenses are within budgetary constraints.
  • Track and monitor expenditures, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Provide regular budget updates to stakeholders.

Logistics Coordination:

  • Plan and coordinate event logistics, including raw space arrangements, booth building, transportation and delivery of equipment, furniture hire, electricity, catering, etc.
  • Develop floor plans and seating arrangements.
  • Own and execute all other logistics-related tasks.

Data Collection, Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect data on the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives, such as events, campaigns, lead generation, traffic, attendance, etc. and analyze this data to inform future strategies.
  • Measure and report on brand visibility within specified regions.
  • Use of MA and CRM tools to manage the marketing funnel and report on progress monthly.

Compliance and Regulation:

  • Ensuring that all field marketing activities comply with local regulations, permits, and compliance standards.

Vendor Selection and Management:

  • Identify, select, and set up local/regional vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage and ensure the completion of contracted deliverables.
  • Identify regional installments of global event organizers and negotiate multi-event sponsorships to achieve economies of scale.
  • Ensure vendors adhere to deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Continuously liaise with the event vendors across their requirements.

Public Relations:

  • Work alongside Endava PR Manager and local PR agency on coordinating and supporting regional PR coverage.
  • Monitor and report on PR activity and coverage of earned media and other region-specific brand content.

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of marketing experience
  • Experience in Event management and organization,
  • Experience in campaign planning and execution project & time management
  • Experience/knowledge in MA & CRM, budget management, marketing planning and reporting
  • Willingness to travel for different events

Note: This is a 5-6 month- contract

Additional Employee Requirements  

  • Participation in both internal meetings and external meetings via video calls, as necessary. 
  • Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite, as necessary. 
  • Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer, as necessary. 
  • Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead, as necessary. 
  • Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment, as necessary. 
  • Vision abilities including close vision, toleration of fluorescent lighting, and adjusting focus, as necessary. 
  • For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance, ability to lift 25 lbs, as necessary. 
  • For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance, a valid driver’s license, as necessary.
