At MAJORITY, we’re building a groundbreaking platform to serve migrant communities with essential services such as banking, calling, and international money transfers. We are looking for a Field Marketing Representative in the NYC area to help us grow awareness and drive adoption of MAJORITY through local engagement and grassroots marketing.

As a Field Marketing Representative, you’ll be responsible for introducing MAJORITY to the community in-person by building relationships with local businesses, promoting our brand, and representing us with professionalism and passion. You’ll play a key role in bringing MAJORITY to the people we serve.

Responsibilities:

  • Visiting local stores and businesses to share information about MAJORITY
  • Onboarding small retailers to help promote MAJORITY with signage and flyers
  • Building strong community relationships and serving as the face of the brand
  • Ensuring store partners are set up with promotional materials (flyers, QR codes, etc.)
  • Tracking outreach results and completing daily reporting

About you:

  • Based in New York City and familiar with the local community
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Experienced in outreach, customer service, sales, or field marketing (1+ years)
  • Friendly, confident, and comfortable approaching new people
  • Organized and able to work independently
  • Motivated to make a difference in their community
