Position Summary
We’re currently looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join our team remotely.
This role will be responsible for bridging Azuga’s corporate marketing strategy with regional sales and marketing execution. Focusing on high-impact events that directly drive pipeline growth, deepen customer engagement, and amplify brand exposure.
*** Fully REMOTE role. Can be located anywhere within the US. ***

Pay Range: $78,000.00 - $128,000.00

Responsibilities

Job functions include but are not limited to: 

  • Event Strategy & Planning – Develop an annual plan that supports overall sales and marketing objectives, and owns execution end-to-end. 

  • Promotion & Demand Generation – Drive multi-channel promotional campaigns to maximize event registration and engagement, integrating events into broader marketing campaigns & nurture streams. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Collaborate with key stakeholders across all business units to align event programs with corporate objectives 

  • Post-Event Follow-Up & Analytics – Define and track KPIs for each event and conduct thorough analyses to measure outcomes against goals. 

  • Customer Engagement & Brand Building – Leverage events as a platform to strengthen customer relationships and advocacy.  

  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation – Stay up-to-date on field marketing best practices & innovative formats. 

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation. 

  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events/projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

  • Ability to think strategically about how events and field activities can support broader business goals. 

  • Proficiency with marketing and sales enablement tools such as CRM, marketing automation, webinar platforms, and analytics dashboards.  

  • Willingness to travel to event locations as needed. Approximately 40% travel, including conferences and customer sites, when applicable.
