Field Marketing Manager – Northeast Region (Remote)

About the Role
We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager based in the Northest region of the U.S. to execute strategic marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. You’ll play a key role in bringing Torq’s story to life through impactful regional events. Reporting to the Director of Channel and Field Marketing, you’ll collaborate closely with sales, channel, and marketing teams to develop multichannel campaigns, deliver exceptional event experiences, and measure the impact of your programs.
This a remote role assigned to the Northeast region of the U.S. Only candidates residing in the region will be considered.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute regional field marketing strategy to accelerate Torq’s growth and elevate brand visibility as a category leader.
  • Plan, manage, and execute strategic in-person and virtual events, including industry conferences, partner events, and customer experiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Communications, Product Marketing, and Partner Marketing to develop integrated, multichannel go-to-market campaigns.
  • Align closely with sales teams to ensure tight coordination and maximize program impact across the customer journey.
  • Analyze and report on campaign and event performance, measuring impact on lead generation, pipeline creation, and revenue.
  • Manage budgets and logistics for field programs, ensuring flawless execution and strong ROI.
  • Continuously optimize programs to enhance efficiency, engagement, and measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience, preferably in the software/SaaS industry.
  • Proven success partnering with direct and channel sales teams to drive measurable pipeline growth.
  • Expertise in event strategy, logistics, sponsorships, and budget management.
  • Strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple programs under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; you thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
  • A data-driven mindset, with experience tracking and analyzing marketing performance and ROI (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Creative problem solver with a passion for building scalable, high-impact campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree
