monday.com is looking for a Sr. Field Marketing Manager for the LATAM Region. The Field Marketing Manager LATAM will be a part of our growing SLG marketing team and have a meaningful impact on building and executing our marketing strategy in alignment with revenue targets and the needs of each sub-region
Please note this is a hybrid role based out of our Sao Paulo office and requires 3 days in office.
About The Role- Own the execution of the region-specific marketing plan
- Produce both in-person and virtual events to generate and accelerate new business and existing business pipeline
- Research, recommend and execute on industry sponsorships and memberships
- Drive tight alignment with Sales. Equip them with pre-event strategies to maximize attendance and manage all flawless post-event follow-up for lead qualification.
- Oversee event sponsorships, contract negotiations, and budgets to ensure all spend is pipeline-focused and hits regional revenue goals.
- Measure everything and be a stickler for data. Track, analyze, and report on event performance and ROI, using insights to continually refine our strategy.
- Be a brand advocate
- English fluency/bilingual proficiency - must
- Spanish fluency/bilingual proficiency - important plus
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience as a field or event marketing manager, with a clear track record of delivering pipeline and revenue.
- Prior experience with organizing regional and local events and campaigns
- Data-driven & tech-savvy: You're a self-starter who lives by data. Comfortable using Salesforce and marketing automation tools for reporting and decision-making.
- You know the logistics and strategy behind high-impact events for Mid-Market and Enterprise audiences.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Hubspot and other marketing automation tools for reporting analytics and campaign execution
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
