Your role

Zip is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to lead the GTM marketing strategy for our expanding EMEA market. In this role you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives at the regional level to support overall marketing goals and objectives. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of regional marketing dynamics, ABM, third party event/tradeshow management and how to effectively manage a marketing budget. You will

  • Drive Field Programs: Collaborate with sales to create and execute field events, closing dinners, direct mail, ABM, and custom experiences that help advance and close deals.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure event strategies align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

  • Track and Optimize Results: Measure the impact of events on pipeline generation, maturation, and closed-won deals. Refine strategies and continuously improve ROI through data-driven insights.

  • Budget Management: Manage the regional marketing budget, optimizing spend to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.

  • Global Collaboration: Partner with Corporate and Growth Marketing teams to stay aligned on strategy and priorities.

  • Lockstep with sales: Creating internal event and campaign overviews for sales enablement and visibility of campaigns, ROI of programs, and build GTM calendars together.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of event marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments at iconic brands.

  • Proven ability to manage flagship conferences, sales dinners, and third party sponsored tradeshows.

  • Experience developing and executing successful field marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to align cross-functional teams and deliver impactful experiences.

  • Familiarity with marketing tools like Salesforce, Marketo, or event platforms such as Splash and Zoom webinar.

  • A results-driven mindset with demonstrated success tracking and optimizing event impact on pipeline and revenue.

  • Willingness to travel for events as needed (up to 40%).
