Field Marketing Manager OR Director

$130k-$160k + 10%

Pipeline360 is seeking a Field Marketing Sr. Manager OR Director. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to make a big impact at a high-growth company. You’ll be responsible for the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of field marketing programs that drive demand generation and brand awareness, increase partner engagement, and support Sales efforts. You will partner closely with Sales and the rest of the Marketing team to concept, deliver, and optimize multi-channel marketing programs including content, campaigns, events and sales enablement. We’re looking for someone who is strategic but hands on and is excited and ready to play a major role in unlocking and driving growth across our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event strategy & execution
  • Design and implement localized field marketing campaigns, including in-person events, trade shows, and roadshows to drive meaningful engagement and pipeline growth
  • Sales team collaboration
  • Partner with the sales team to identify sales opportunities, develop targeted account-based marketing initiatives (e.g., 1:1, 1:few), and provide sales enablement materials
  • Lead / account build & nurture
  • Generate, qualify, and manage leads by providing specific content for nurture campaigns; set up programs in Marketo, monitor account-level engagement; support overall contact database growth and health
  • Brand awareness and storytelling
  • Collaborate with the rest of Marketing as well as Sales to ensure events strategy enhances brand visibility and recognition within specific accounts, industries, or regions through creative marketing tactics, including emails, social posts, landing pages, case studies and blog posts
  • Customer relationship management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners; collaborate with Product Marketing with focus on improving customer advocacy and growing revenue
  • Budget management
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of B2B Field Marketing / Demand experience
  • Experience with in-person events including regional field events and end-to-end tradeshow planning and execution
  • Experience collaborating with Sales to develop tailored / regional / ABM go-to-market programs
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making, including campaign performance measurement and optimization.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation platform experience
  • Growth mindset and a team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to occasionally travel
