The Opportunity

At Flock Safety, the Field Marketing Associate will help our team deliver world-class events for customers and prospects in the Public and Private sectors of our business. This role executes event marketing campaigns, builds relationships with key stakeholders, and drives brand awareness through various marketing activities. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure events help boost awareness, generate leads, and accelerate pipeline growth.

The Skillset
  • 1-3 years of experience in Field Marketing and Event management.

  • Experience in supporting large-scale events and driving ROI through Event marketing.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams while executing the playbook for multiple projects.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure campaign success.

  • Experience with event management platforms (e.g., Cvent) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

  • Frequent domestic travel to support events - around 40% to support events in the field.

90 Days at Flock

We prescribe to 90 day plans and believe that good days lead to good weeks, which lead to good months. This serves as a preview of the 90 day plan you will receive if you were to be hired in this role at Flock Safety.

The First 30 Days
  • High-level onboarding, including joining the company, setting up technology, and initiating impactful actions.

  • Attend Flock Safety-sponsored events, familiarize yourself with the current events calendar, and determine needs to support events in the next 30 days.

  • Actively manage events and participate in internal meetings and events.

  • Manage sourcing of new events, prepare for upcoming events, and ensure control over all events within your segment.

The First 60 Days
  • Strengthen internal relationships and operational efficiency.

  • Drive relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Optimize the event registration and management process.

  • Gain a deeper understanding of post-event tracking and measurement.

90 Days & Beyond
  • Own the playbook and activities related to events within your segment.

  • Identify areas of optimization and opportunities for growth.

  • Evolve and improve event processes.

Salary & Equity

In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary between $65,000 and $96,000 as well as Flock Safety Stock Options. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators. Your recruiter will discuss this in-depth with you during our first chat.
