Job summary

DigiCert is seeking a talented, experienced, and data-driven Field Marketing and ABM Manager for the North America Central region for our Enterprise and Corporate Segments, who can help us supercharge our growth efforts across our lines of business and geographical footprints. In this role, you’ll be part of a team who will play a key role in both the development and execution of an Account Based Marketing (ABM) and overall marketing strategy that's also closely aligned with the unique business objectives of their assigned region, including partners. This person will also be the primary strategic liaison for the field sales organization, ensuring that both corporate and field marketing activities and initiatives are developed in close coordination with local customer trends and feedback.

The ideal candidate is a growth-minded, proven marketing professional with experience in Software Companies, who can drive scalable, integrated marketing campaigns to target accounts, influencer audiences, and decision-making buyer personas. 

 

What you will do

  • Managing and delivering field marketing campaigns that encompass demand generation activities, local events, partner relations, and sales enablement initiatives, ensuring messaging and branding alignment across their assigned regions. 
  • Effectively provide strategic planning insight to Sales on the appropriate marketing activities for the various stages of the sales cycle: lead generation, opportunity creation and deal movement, and deal close.
  • Execute an ABM strategy by acquiring and expand into top regional and national accounts for each of our product lines. 
  • Manage multi-channel marketing programs that integrate online and offline activities which include regional events, social, content, email, direct mail, and paid advertising, and PR. 
  • Create regional marketing plans, budget and performance reports for their aligned region, and track progress. Communicate marketing efforts through sales team calls and Marketing QBRs.
  • Own the entire process of event program execution including venue selection, contract negotiation, speaker acquisition, management, tradeshow logistics and booth attendance, webinar setup, list pulls, email blasts, budget reconciliation, list uploads, e-marketing systems management, etc.
  • Exceed key business metrics that include engagement KPIs’, qualified demand generation, bookings revenue, and product adoption. Analyze regional audiences, determining a nuanced strategy for each product, market segment, customer, influencer and other strategic relationships in their assigned regions.
  • Collaborate with the DigiCert Campaigns and Marketing Operations teams for all metrics from the top of the funnel to closed/won: including but not limited to lead scoring, nurturing, hand off to SDR’s, signal analysis and /DigiCert response, velocity in funnel metrics, conversion metrics.

 

What you will have

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in regional field marketing role, ideally supporting a direct, enterprise sales force in the technology industry. ABM experience would be a bonus.
  • A strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail; the ability to understand the overall business and marketing strategy, translate that into an acquisition strategy and mange execution.
  • An understanding of marketing channel experience-both traditional and new digital models including predictive techniques.
  • A proven ability in building and executing marketing plans and communications programs.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to interface with all levels in a Sales organization including sales reps and senior leadership; and the ability to influence and motivate eco system. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage various projects based on the current business requirements and landscape.  Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to flourish in an extremely fast-paced, high-growth environment. 
  • High degree of personal drive and able to pursue own intuition and vision.
  • Exceptional track record as team player with a willingness to be a leader in their region.
