THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Field Engagement Development Rep, you will be Cyera’s boots on the ground at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Your primary goal? Drive as many high-value meetings as possible with CISOs, security leaders, and key decision-makers, converting event interactions into real pipeline and revenue opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in face-to-face engagement, has a hunter’s mindset, and is passionate about building relationships that drive business impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maximize Event ROI – Own the strategy for securing high-quality meetings at events, ensuring Cyera gets the best possible outcomes in terms of pipeline and bookings.
  • Engage with Prospects & Customers – Proactively identify, connect with, and schedule meetings with security leaders before, during, and after events.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing – Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on event targets, messaging, and follow-ups.
  • Drive On-Site Hustle – Network, engage, and create opportunities in real-time—whether on the expo floor, at networking receptions, or in 1:1 meetings.
  • Track & Report Impact – Measure event performance by tracking meetings booked, follow-ups completed, and pipeline generated.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or field marketing, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS.
  • A proven track record of booking meetings and generating pipeline through events.
  • Strong networking skills and a fearless, outgoing personality—someone who thrives on in-person interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (50%+ travel required).
  • Self-starter with a high-energy, results-oriented mindset.



COMPENSATION INFORMATION: 

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.​
