We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing B2B SaaS company, focused on ecommerce solutions. This role bridges marketing and sales, driving demand generation and engagement through targeted field marketing initiatives, both in-person and digital, to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy
Design and implement regional and field marketing plans aligned with business goals and ecommerce market trends.
Collaborate wtih regional marketing teams to tailor campaigns for target audiences in the ecommerce sector.
Drive awareness and demand generation campaigns to increase brand visibility and market share.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Acceleration
Launch and optimize targeted campaigns to generate high-quality leads and accelerate sales pipeline for ecommerce clients.
Partner closely with sales to ensure marketing initiatives support revenue targets and sales objectives.
Event Management
Plan, coordinate, and execute regional events, webinars, trade shows, and virtual experiences to engage prospects and customers.
Align event strategy with account-based marketing (ABM) programs for maximum impact.
Oversee all event logistics, including vendor management, budget, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
ABM Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement strategic ABM plans targeting high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with overall business and revenue goals.
Identify and prioritize target accounts in close collaboration with sales, using data-driven analysis and market research to select accounts with the highest potential for revenue generation.
Craft tailored messaging and personalized content strategies for each account to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
Creative, out-of-the-box mindset on how to best drive engagement with high value accounts through virtual and in-person events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, sales development representatives (SDRs), and customer success teams to ensure ABM campaigns are fully integrated and address the unique needs and pain points of each account.
Facilitate regular communication between marketing and sales to share insights, campaign progress, and best practices for engaging target accounts
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of field marketing activities, using data to refine and optimize future programs.
Provide actionable insights to improve ROI and campaign success.
Budget Management
Manage field marketing budgets, ensuring strategic allocation of resources to maximize impact and support business goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or ecommerce technology sectors.
Proven track record in planning and executing successful regional marketing programs and events for B2B ecommerce clients.
Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS and ecommerce landscape, including digital marketing, lead generation, and sales alignment.
Proficiency with marketing automation tools (Marketo, 6Sense), CRM platforms (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Tableau).
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills with the ability to adapt to shifting business needs.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth, cross-functional environment demonstrating agility and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel as needed to support field events and initiatives.
Experience with account-based marketing programs.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills and enthusiasm for analyzing results and trends.
Experience in tech/software or subscription-based business models.
Curiosity for leveraging AI for personalization and segmentation.
