Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with GSA and/or 2GIT preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year progressive experience in a related field preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) preferred
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Must have a passion for learning and continued education regarding our go-to-market strategy, our processes, and the Information Technology industry.
  • Ability to prioritize and perform work in required time frames
  • Capability to multi-task and adapt to change
  • Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner
  • Proactive attitude and work ethic
  • Must be a team player
  • Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and/or on a team with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

A Brief Overview
The Federal Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing contracts between the organization and Federal, State and Local government agencies. This role ensures compliance with regulations, drives contract performance, and facilitates communication between internal and external stakeholders. The Contracts Manager plays a critical role in ensuring successful execution in accordance with contractual terms. This position is vital to ensuring the organization's compliance and successful execution of Federal, State and Local contracts while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to regulations, agency-specific guidelines, and organizational policies.
  • Monitor compliance with contract terms.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with contracts.
  • Develop and implement process automation for routine tasks, reducing manual work in ORCA while driving compliance for reporting.
  • Provide guidance and training to the sales and sales operations teams regarding contract obligations, including net new contracts.
  • Track and evaluate contract performance metrics
  • Address performance issues to ensure deliverables meet contractual obligations and client expectations.
  • Provide accurate reporting for contract deliverables
  • Participate in quarterly program management reviews with government PMOs
