At LogicMonitor, we’re redefining what’s possible in Unified Observability — and now, with our recent FedRAMP Moderate authorization, we’re ready to bring that innovation to the heart of the U.S. Federal government.
As our Federal Channel Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of this expansion. You’ll take on the challenge of building and scaling a world-class Federal channel ecosystem, working hand-in-hand with leading distributors like Carahsoft, top Federal VARs, and System Integrators who are shaping the future of IT modernization across government.
Your mission is to ignite channel-originated growth, foster deep collaboration, and empower our partners to deliver LogicMonitor’s Unified Observability platform to the agencies that keep our nation running. You’ll have the freedom — and the responsibility — to design how the Federal partner community grows, operates, and succeeds with us.
This is more than a sales role. It’s an opportunity to help shape a program from the ground up within one of the fastest-growing companies in observability and AIOps. You’ll be part of a passionate, high-performing team that thrives on solving complex challenges, pushing boundaries, and celebrating wins together.
If you’re energized by growth, motivated by impact, and ready to build something lasting in the Federal space, LogicMonitor is the place to do it. Join us — and help Federal agencies achieve clarity, reliability, and performance through Unified Observability.
Here's a closer look at this key role:
Own and execute LogicMonitor’s Federal channel strategy, working in close partnership with Channel leadership and Federal sales leadership to accelerate growth in the U.S. public sector.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to develop and operationalize a scalable Federal channel sales plan.
Develop and strengthen relationships with LogicMonitor’s named Federal Distribution Partners, ensuring alignment, enablement, and mutual success.
Partner with National Partner Managers to align on strategic partner plans and maximize the impact of shared initiatives.
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential Federal partners — including VARs, System Integrators, and emerging players — to expand LogicMonitor’s channel ecosystem.
Proactively engage Federal partners through networking, outreach, and joint business planning to drive channel-originated pipeline velocity and accelerate deal progression.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through partnership channels, consistently driving results that exceed revenue and growth objectives.
Enable partner success by training, supporting, and co-selling with partner sellers to deliver the LogicMonitor value story, manage joint pipeline activities, and close business.
Deliver accurate channel forecasts and insights to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and predictability in Federal channel performance.
Be measured on Federal sales metrics, including theater revenue goals, channel contribution, and partner-sourced pipeline growth.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or a related field.
5+ years of Federal channel management experience — including ownership of partner strategy, enablement, and execution.
3+ years of direct sales experience, with a proven ability to drive measurable growth through channel and direct routes to market.
Demonstrated record of exceeding sales and channel targets within observability, IT operations, or adjacent technology sectors (e.g., monitoring, infrastructure, or cloud platforms).
Strong understanding of Federal procurement cycles and vehicles, including GSA, SEWP, CIO-SP3, and other key contracting pathways.
Established relationships across the Federal partner ecosystem — including distribution, VARs, and System Integrators.
Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, partner engagement, and go-to-market effectiveness.
A strategic, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
