  • Gather and communicate customer feedback, objections, feature requests, and workflow insights to Product and Engineering teams

  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to continuously improve demo narratives, messaging, and customer-facing materials

  • Create and maintain demo environments, sales enablement materials, workflow examples, presentations, and internal documentation

  • Stay current on Raspberry AI product updates and broader AI tools relevant to fashion and design workflows

  • Strong understanding of fashion visuals (garments, prints, footwear, accessories, materials, silhouettes, styling, brand aesthetics, visual merchandising)

  • Experience presenting, training, consulting, or engaging with customers in a professional setting

  • Comfortable leading live demonstrations and speaking with designers, product developers, creative leaders, and executive stakeholders

  • Strong discovery and consultative communication skills

  • Ability to understand customer pain points and translate them into compelling product stories

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to answer product and workflow questions in real time
