Position Summary/Objective
Finance and Accounting Services (FAS) is a growing department at One Source Virtual. This candidate must have strong attention to detail, good clerical and organizational skills, be quality-oriented, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Accounts payable and a Shared Service environment. This candidate will excel at providing “world-class” customer service.
Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities
- Hypercare invoice processing, including training Kofax per supplier, capturing key information so Kofax remembers the correct supplier, setting Regix numbers in Salesforce, and providing high-risk notes.
- Working alongside enablement, testing for new customers; This team is a bridge from enablement to production.
- Understanding coding rules (watch videos, tier 1 coding rule questions), Technology Audit/understand errors, and build the go-live reference before the customer moves to production.
- Train the Production team on the nuances of the customer going live, including their setup in Salesforce, the notes on the go-live reference, and where to find information on the invoice to assist with coding.
- Deliver a high-touch, premium experience to customers, ensuring satisfaction and confidence throughout the onboarding process.
- Assisting with coding rule suggestions throughout Hypercare and on-going.
- Provide team training to new FAS employees and as needed.
- Support OSV Support & coding rule portal access cases
- Understand the document report to research and provide explanations
- Will gain proficiency and a comprehensive understanding of backend coding rules and system configurations.
- Navigating the coding rule portal to assist the customers in creating and modifying their coding rules.
Supervisory Responsibility
This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of Accounts payable experience. Experience in coaching/ mentoring & auditing the work of others
- Advanced knowledge of Kofax
- Advanced OSV support knowledge, working through WD Errors.
- Understanding coding rules and PO Pairing
- Improving training material. Making suggestions to improve.
- Understanding of Service Level Agreements.
- Able to resolve complex standard customer problems. E.g., PO not pairing and why. Document report.
- Exemplary attention to detail.
- Able to follow and Question process and protocol and make recommendations where deviation may be required.
- Able to assimilate and process complex information from several sources, with differing emphasis, to ensure SLAs are met. For example (doc report/365/ invoice not processed)
- Strong customer satisfaction scores and feedback.
- Manages own workload and priorities and will assist others in this respect.
- Contributes to the team's work by proactively checking cases to ensure team delivery and assisting where necessary.
