HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
- Manage participants by tracking attendance and documenting strengths and development needs.
- Complete administrative duties, lab preparation and scheduling.
- Gain an understanding of how training translates in the organization by shadowing training participants.
- Acquire post-session data by engaging leaders on the success of participants and learning programs.
- Enhance the existing course content by serving as an SME and partnering with the curriculum development team.
- Improve operations by taking a role in task forces, committees or team meetings and serving as a resource for complex issues.
- Improve individual performances by working one-on-one to identify areas of opportunity and coaching them.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
- Experience: Three or more years of training experience at the professional level; Three years of telecommunications experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Technical skills: Expert in different learning approaches; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Skills: Prioritization, organizational, presentation and English communication skills.
- Abilities: Ability to deal with the public in a professional manner.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with an LMS.
- Familiar with WebEx.
- Previous experience in enterprise operations.
