Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain thin film deposition equipment to ensure flawless production quality
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and trouble-shooting to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with engineering teams to successfully implement process improvements
- Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education in industry related associate degree; working towards a STEM related degree; equivalent military training and experience; or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off) including night shift
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes; Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and other quality control methodologies
- Certification in equipment maintenance or relevant technical areas
