Responsibilities and Tasks:• Complete all required safety training and perform all tasks in accordance with Micron's safety policies• Lead the design, development, and characterization of new equipment, identifying and resolving hardware and procedural gaps.• Supervise equipment installation, upgrades, and decommissioning while ensuring work quality, cost control, and adherence to project schedules.• Collaborate with equipment vendors to improve existing products and support roadmap requirements.• Create and maintain documentation detailing equipment performance, operational procedures, maintenance specifications, and cost metrics.• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and implementing corrective actions.• Utilize generative AI and analytics tools to support technical documentation, knowledge sharing, project execution, and data-driven decision-making
Required Skills and Qualifications:• Strong problem-solving skills based on analytical thinking.• Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.• Ability to understand, present, teach, and develop technical topics.• Basic knowledge of programming languages and database systems.• Familiarity with digital tools such as scripting, RPA, and Tableau.• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).• Basic English communication skills (equivalent to high school graduate level).• Ability to effectively utilize AI tools, including generative AI, for information gathering, data analysis, documentation, and continuous process improvement. Demonstrated willingness to learn and adopt emerging AI technologies to enhance productivity and business outcomes.
