Externship Partnership Coordinator

The Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and goal-driven Externship Partnership Coordinator to help grow and manage our externship site network. You will be responsible for identifying and establishing new clinical partnerships that provide diverse and valuable opportunities for our students.

This role is critical to ensuring we have the capacity to support our growing student base with quality externship placements. You will be the front line of outreach and relationship-building, ensuring our clinical partners are aligned with Stepful’s mission and standards.

What you’ll do:

• Identify and reach out to potential externship partner sites, introducing Stepful and establishing new partnerships.

• Maintain accurate records in internal dashboards and CRM systems, tracking site outreach, agreement status, and partnership details.

• Act as the primary point of contact for potential partner sites, addressing questions and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with externship sites by understanding their capacity, preferences, and placement processes.

This Job Is for You If You:

• Have 1+ years of experience in outreach, partnership development, account coordination, or a similar role focused on external communications.

• Are comfortable doing cold outreach and building relationships over phone and email

• Self motivated/driven able to quickly learn and jump into the role

• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
