Modio has streamlined the convoluted and messy process that is healthcare credentialing and saved countless years of manual and error-prone work in the process. As part of CHG Healthcare we are working to drastically improve the speed (and quality) of credentialing to ensure that our doctors can spend more time treating (millions) of patients each year and less time dealing with credentialing headaches.

As an Extended Credentialing Services Client Service Executive (XCS CSE), your primary objective is to drive sales by qualifying and showcasing the capabilities of the Extended Credentialing Services team to potential clients. Your role involves guiding clients through the sales process, addressing objections, negotiating and closing sales, and executing service agreements. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients on an on-going basis.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Process Management

  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the selling process, guiding clients/leads through different deal stages effectively.

  • Handle objections adeptly and employ negotiation techniques to facilitate successful sales outcomes.

  • Pricing and Agreements

  • Create and send pricing proposals tailored to the client while adhering to company and/or team pricing standards.

  • Understand and negotiate service agreements to meet client needs and company objectives.

  • Platform Demonstrations

  • Schedule and perform product demonstrations as needed showcasing how the XCS team leverages the capabilities of the OneView platform, to include documentation and communication.

  • Tailor demonstrations to address client-specific needs and highlight key features.

  • Communication and Documentation

  • Communicate effectively and consistently document all interactions throughout the sales process.

  • Complete a "warm" handoff to the implementation team using the relevant communication medium at the appropriate stage.

  • Relationship Management

  • Maintain positive and professional communication (verbal and written) with both internal and external customers.

  • Provide support to existing clients on an as-needed, on-going basis, ensuring their continued satisfaction with the Services we provide

  • Resource Management

  • Identify red flags during the sales process and involve additional resources as needed to address concerns and ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales (SaaS preferred) with a track record of successfully closing deals and meeting sales targets.

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience with provider enrollment, credentialing or a demonstrated understanding of the provider enrollment lifecycle. 

  • Strong understanding of the selling process, objection handling, negotiation, and deal closure.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

  • Familiarity with service agreement negotiations.

  • Ability to create and present effective ROI models demonstrating the value proposition our XCS team offers.

  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor in all interactions.

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $50,000 -- $235,000 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location. 

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
