Lead the monetization team to develop strategies, analyze performance, conduct experiments, and mentor team members in a fast-paced gaming environment.
Xsolla is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Expert Team Lead to join our Monetization Team. In this pivotal role, you will head an autonomous growth team (experts) within the Monetization department focused on driving revenue growth through innovative monetization strategies, tools, and solutions tailored for real market, partner demands and the global gaming industry and testing new directions for online store development.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Form and implement Xsolla partner growth strategies.
- Ensure the expansion of the Expert team's knowledge base.
- Form and test product hypotheses (analytics, interviews, A/B tests).
- Make decisions quickly on partner requests.
- Conduct performance analysis of partner integrations.
- Work with feedback from partners and sales teams.
- Prototype features and custom UX solutions without adapting the core product.
- Establish and track key performance indicators for experiments.
- Interact with other teams (Product, Marketing, BD, Account Management)
- Build and develop a high-performing, self-sufficient Growth (Experts) team.
- Set clear goals, priorities, and delivery timelines for the team.
- Mentor and support team members in their professional growth.
- Cultivate a fast-paced, experiment-driven, outcome-focused team culture.
- Align experiments with long-term product and partner strategies.
- Scale successful initiatives into core product teams or platform offerings.
- Maintain documentation and internal knowledge base for repeatable solutions
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in the roles of Game Producer/Product Owner/LiveOps Manager.
- Experience in managing teams of 5+ people.
- Skills in managing an autonomous team and a roadmap.
- Excellent understanding of the principles of in-game monetization.
- Excellent understanding of LiveOps.
- Experience in mobile F2P: monetization, retention, LiveOps.
- Experience in F2P and B2P on PC/Console/Web.
- Experience in conducting A/B tests.
- Excellent English.
- Deep understanding of various markets (USA, Asia, Europe).
- Experience in e-commerce of loyalty tools.
- Experience in working with D2C monetization (preferably Xsolla)
