The Boeing Company is seeking a highly skilled Experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Integrator based out of Plano, TX.
The selected candidate will provide financial analysis, integration and reporting for the Boeing Global Services (BGS) portfolio. This role involves close collaboration with Senior Managers and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the business. This role is primarily responsible for senior executive reporting and coordination of executive deliverables (i.e. business review materials, finance review materials, ad hoc reporting, etc.). The role will also encompass supporting Income Statement management, monthly forecasting, investments and long-range business planning.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Drive the development and coordination of BGS finance materials to support executive reporting cycles
  • Act as a key finance focal point within BGS for integrating complex program financials and conducting ad hoc analysis
  • Support the development of the annual long-range business plan (LRBP), monthly forecasts, and variance analysis, requiring collaboration across the diverse programs within the business
  • Act as a trusted advisor and utilize critical thinking to offer financial performance projections and actionable recommendations
  • Build partnerships with finance leadership, peers, and functional leaders to ensure alignment with financial objectives
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices to enhance quality, efficiency, and forecast accuracy

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience in finance
  • Experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience with Boeing finance systems such as Enterprise Planning and Analysis System (EPAS)
  • Highly motivated and proactive self-starter
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $96,900 - $131,100
