The Executive Talent Acquisition- Recruiter is primarily responsible for full-cycle recruitment for Director and Senior Director roles across a wide range of corporate functions-including Technology, Finance, HR, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations. In addition to leading recruitment for these key leadership positions, the role will also support executive recruiting efforts for highly specialized, niche non-officer roles that are critical to the enterprise. This includes building targeted sourcing strategies, developing pipelines of exceptional talent, and identifying future officer-level potential. As a trusted advisor to senior hiring leaders, this role will deliver strategic market insights, execute high-impact outreach campaigns, and help shape hiring decisions that drive organizational success at the leadership level.

What You Will Do
- Designs and implements proactive sourcing campaigns targeting passive, high-caliber Director/Senior Director candidates
- Owns the recruitment lifecycle; from role intake and sourcing to offer strategy, negotiation, and close
- Collaborates closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to define leadership talent needs, organizational priorities, and success profiles
- Build pipelines through executive networks, industry associations, digital platforms, and referrals
- Conducts market mapping to understand talent supply, competitor moves, compensation trends, and candidate motivations
- Conducts in-depth interviews, behavioral assessments, and role fit evaluations
- Provides ongoing market insight reports and talent benchmarking to leadership and Talent Acquisition partners
- Recommends adjustments to recruitment strategies based on emerging market trends, shifting skill demands, and competitive landscape
- Maintains ATS accuracy, ensure compliance with recruitment best practices, and drive data-informed decision-making through metrics
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- Bachelor's degree HR, Business, or other relevant degree or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 5 Years Experience recruiting experience
- 1 Year Experience executing full-cycle executive or senior-level recruitment experience
- 1 Year Experience executing full-cycle executive or senior-level recruitment experience
- 1 Year Experience crafting strategic sourcing and market mapping strategies.
- 1 Year Experience influencing senior leaders, and confidently positioning employer value proposition.
- 1 Year Experience synthesizing and communicating market insights into actionable strategy and recommendations.
- 3 years experience delivering a premium candidate experience through timely communication, seamless process guidance, and consultative interactions.
- 5 yrs experience with behavioral interviewing
- 3 years experience recruiting early to mid-level roles
- 3 years experience sourcing through candidate social networking tools and using creative
sourcing methodologies
Preferred Skills/Education
- 5 years experience with Workday (or similar ATS systems)
