Wells Fargo is seeking a transformative Product Management Executive Director to lead the next chapter of product innovation within the Commercial Bank. This leader will shape and drive the strategy for our next-generation Supply Chain Finance platform, delivering meaningful business impact at scale.
In this highly visible role, you will set the vision, define the roadmap, and lead a team of world-class product managers and analysts. You will partner across Technology, Operations, Risk, and Business lines to deliver digital and platform capabilities that redefine how our clients and internal teams experience our products.

In this role, you will:
Champion the Product Vision & Strategy
- Craft and communicate a compelling long-term vision for the Supply Chain Finance platform, aligned to business goals and market opportunities.
- Influence decision-making across partner teams and senior leadership to drive clarity, alignment, and investment.
- Translate deep customer insights into clear priorities.
- Guide the team in discovery, experimentation, and iterative delivery to ensure solutions meet real customer needs.
- Define and manage OKRs tied to tangible customer, business, and risk outcomes.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, overseeing multiple scrum teams and ensuring disciplined, high-velocity delivery.
- Shape product architecture and design in close partnership with Technology, leveraging modern engineering practices, data, and automation.
- Build scalable platform capabilities that support future growth and enable operational efficiency.
- Recruit, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of product managers and analysts.
- Foster a culture of accountability, learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Champion a risk-aware mindset, ensuring compliance, governance, and controls are embedded at every stage of product development.

- 6+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- 6+ years of experience in product management, business strategy, operational efficiency, or organizational transformation
- Experience in Financial Services, Commercial Banking, or Supply Chain Finance
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, modern technology stacks, and product discovery practices
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, navigate complex organizations, and drive enterprise-scale outcomes
- Travel: 10% of the time
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
- Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.
