We are currently seeking an Executive Director, Channel Display to join our dynamic team. The Senior Director, Channel Display is responsible for the Channel management and supporting various sales strategies to maintain long-term, trusted partner relationships and to grow sales revenues and expand our IT Channel relationships. The incumbent will lead a team of Leaders and Channel Account Executives to support growth across a broad Display portfolio in the U.S. market.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a comprehensive Channel and Go-to-Market (GTM) sales strategy for long-term growth.
  • Lead Channel teams and sales resources to deliver world-class partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics, and implement changes to the channel sales strategy as needed to maintain Samsung's market leadership position.
  • Determine appropriate channel partnerships to ensure the team exceeds annual and quarterly IT Channel MP/SP sales targets.
  • Develop financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; and minimizing the impact of variances.
  • Negotiate pricing terms and conditions (SPIFF/SPA/Discounts) and demand planning with the Reseller to ensure revenue targets are realized.
  • Establish plan, execute, and track marketing investment programs to ensure effectiveness and ROI on multi-million dollar investments.
  • Drive the business forward and deliver an increase in market share, increase in revenue, and other specified results.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 16+ years of directly related channel management experience.
  • Prior experience leading an IT Channel Partner sales team with solid working knowledge of district channels: National and Regional Solution Providers, Value Added Resellers, Pro A/V and Systems integrators.
  • Proven ability to successfully lead a channel sales team, develop long term growth strategies and exceed annual assigned sales targets.
  • Understanding of solution selling – specifically around Display and SSD products.
  • Strong track record of building collaborative IT channel relationship at executive levels.
  • Must have demonstrated project and program management skills.

The salary range for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, and actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.  However, the salary ranges in the following regions are expected to be as follows:

Colorado: $226,500 to $279,500

NYC: $258,500 to $319,500

Washington State: $ $248,000 to $306,500

California: $258,500 to $319,500

New Jersey: $258,500 to $319,500
