JPMorgan Chase is building a modern core banking platform designed to drive innovation to meet customers’ changing needs now and into the future. This effort will be driven out of the Consumer & Community Banking organization but will involve coordination across, and ultimately impact, all lines of business including the Corporate & Investment Bank, Commercial Bank and Asset & Wealth Management. As an AI-enabled Product Lead (Executive Director), you will lead an Area Product Group within the Global Banking Platform, accountable for the end-to-end delivery of core banking capabilities. You will shape product strategy and roadmap, translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, and partner closely with product owners and engineering teams to design, build, and launch high-quality platform features.

As an Executive Director, AI-enabled Product Lead within the Global Banking Platform, you will apply AI-enabled product practices to improve discovery, prioritization, delivery predictability, and quality, ensuring the team consistently builds the right thing, the right way, at the right time. You will own delivery and outcomes for the Area Product Group responsible for core banking capabilities, ensuring timely, high-quality execution across the full delivery lifecycle. You will envision and define requirements by partnering with product owners and engineering teams from solution design through implementation, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment to platform standards. You will maintain a strong focus on customer needs, quality, and scalability, driving solutions that are robust, reusable, and operationally sound.

You will serve as a functional and technical subject matter expert on platform capabilities, collaborating across Global Banking Platform Area Product Groups to deliver new platform features and shared capabilities. You will create and manage the Area Product Group roadmap and prioritize the backlog, balancing strategic initiatives, regulatory/controls needs, operational stability, and technical debt. You will recommend business priorities and advise partners on trade-offs, options, dependencies, and risks across solution approaches. You will represent stakeholders and act as the empowered day-to-day decision maker for scrum teams, answering questions, clarifying requirements, and unblocking delivery. You will inspect sprint outcomes and drive transparency, communicating progress, risks, and delivery forecasts to stakeholders, ensuring feedback loops translate into backlog updates and improved outcomes.
